Villa located in a panoramic position with direct view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Gulf of Asinara. The Villa is located inside the Residence "Stintino Country Paradise", a tourist complex complete with all the services at the gates of Stintino with its wonderful beaches. The space INTERIOR : The Villa includes 2 double bedrooms (in one of the 2 bedrooms you can request 2 single beds instead of the double bed), 1 bedroom with a single bed in addition to a large living room equipped with a sofa bed. The fully furnished living room has a fireplace, an extendable table, credenza and TV cabinet with satellite decodor and cable TV. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and an ice cube maker. The kitchenette is separate from the living room and is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove and dishwasher. There are 2 bathrooms. EXTERIOR : Private garden and pool with maximum privacy. The house has a double veranda, a front one with sea view furnished with table and chairs and a back with a lit barbecue area and outdoor shower. The air conditioning is present in all the interiors while the washing machine is located in a storage room outside the house. Iron and ironing board are also available for guests to guests.
