Nestled in the heart of the Val Sulens mountain pastures, the Fontany chalet—built in 1851 and completely renovated in 2020—offers a unique setting for you to recharge. Starting from the chalet, located at an elevation of 1,200 meters, nature lovers and those seeking tranquility can enjoy hiking and mountain biking trails in the summer, experience the thrill of paragliding from Mount Sulens, or try ski touring and snowshoeing in the winter. Downhill skiers can also enjoy the ski areas of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, just 40 minutes from the chalet. A Nordic hot tub will let you unwind after your long hikes while taking in the unique scenery. Chalet Fontany is a vacation retreat where you can treat yourself to a moment of peace and quiet in harmony with nature, in an eco-friendly structure that is fully self-sufficient in renewable energy. With a capacity of 14 guests, you can enjoy warm and unforgettable moments with family or friends. In winter, the forest road is plowed, and a 4x4 vehicle equipped for snow is available upon request.
