The perfect beach getaway! Brand new fully renovated condo with extensive amenities. Our condo is perfect for families or small groups to enjoy Hilton Head and all it has to offer. Our condo is located in building 3, near the indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pools generally open mid March. Enjoy the short walk over the beautiful marshland to the amazing beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The space Come escape to the beach! This villa is made for vacationing! It is great for families and small groups to get away from the stress of everyday life. No more than 6 adults is a requirement. The villa has a queen bed in the master bedroom. We also have a triple bunk bed (strong enough for children only) and a double bed in the second bedroom. The villa has two full bathrooms. The living room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa couch. I love the outside patio, perfect for drinking your morning coffee! Guest access You will have access to all Hilton Head Resort's amenities. You can enjoy the 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym/running track. Guests can also break a sweat at the 6 tennis courts, or enjoy a drink and a bite to eat at the Island Bar and Grill or Coco's on the Beach. Hilton Head Resort: Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with a 24 hour guardhouse. It is mid island next to Palmetto Dunes. The resort consists of 4 buildings, each with their own feature. Building 1 includes an outdoor pool with a bar, cafe, and general store. Building 2 provides a serene garden setting with a sundeck, great for relaxing and sunbathing. Building 3 is enclosed with an indoor heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and indoor running track. There are 6 tennis courts and pickle ball courts for guests to enjoy. The resort also includes another outdoor pool between buildings 3 and 4. The stunning beach is down the private boardwalk over the marshland. At the end of the boardwalk is a sand volleyball court and COCO'S on the Beach bar and grill. The resort offers a seasonal shuttle down the boardwalk which is convenient for getting to the beach with little ones. Other things to note I do not allow pets as I am seriously allergic and so is my granddaughter. The master closet is a sliding mirror!!! Inside that closet you will find bedding for the queen pullout couch bed. The triple bunk bed is strong enough for children only! The dishwasher has a warning sound like a smoke alarm when the door is not shut or the door is left open. There are 2 light switches for the same kitchen lights. The Orkin man comes monthly with no heads up! There is a 2 car limit. Beach towels are not provided.
