Lovely central Montreux apartment 30 kilometers from ski resort of Villars sur Ollon. A balcony overlooks the Grand - Rue and provides a view of Lake Geneva and the mountains beyond. A roof terrace is also available for use by residents.Restaurants, cinema, shops and lakeside gardens are all within easy walking distance. Two double bedrooms (each with bathroom) will comfortably sleep 4 adults and a baby's cot is also available. There is a large living area with well- equipped kitchen. Glassware and crockery are plentiful as the local food and wine MUST be sampled! Large sitting area with TV, DVD player,CD player ,Internet access, games and books. There is lift access to and from the apartment although there is a short flight of stairs inside the apartment leading from the front door to the living area. The apartment is equipped with its own washing machine and dryer, coffee machine and juicer. The beautiful town of Vevey is a few minutes away on the trolley bus which runs alongside the Lake from just outside the apartment, with a wealth of shops (large and small) and a picturesque lakeside walk. Trains offering a panoramic ride up into the mountains leave regularly from Montreux station which is a two-minute walk from the apartment.
