Villa Euphoria Studio is part of Villa Euphoria Residence. The studio is on the garden level and is separately rented to guests. The studio is a traditional island house, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with fresh fruit trees and flowers. It is superbly located on a hillside overlooking Marathon Bay, one of the most attractive areas of Aegina. With easy access to the beach the residence is highly recommended for couples or friends. The port is 5km away from the house. The space The house is located on the garden level/ground floor of the property, on the right side next to the impressive stone entrance of the residence. The living space of 70 sq. m. offers a sitting area next to the well equipped kitchen and the dining area which can comfortably sit 4 guests. The sofa on living area can turn into a bed and sleep 2 additional guests, preferably children. The sunny bedroom has a double bed, storage for your personal belongings and a full bathroom with a shower. You can make use of the outdoor furniture on the garden and enjoy your mornings and evenings under the warm sun or bright stars. Guest access All the above-mentioned areas are for guests but the garden and its facilities, not the outdoor furniture, are shared with other guests who are staying on the 1st floor residence. That applies to the available parking spots on the property. Other things to note - The garden and its facilities, BBQ and wood oven, are shared with guests staying on the 1st floor residence. Your pets are welcome but please keep in mind the garden is not fenced. - We are not able to offer cleaning services no matter the duration of your stay. The cleaning fee you are paying is meant to be used upon your departure to prepare the apartment for the next guests. Should you need someone to help you with the cleaning we are willing to recommend a trustworthy cleaner and you can undertake the costs. - The port of Aegina is 5km away from the villa which translates to a 10 minute ride by car. A' Marathon Bay is 250 m away from the house and B' Marathon Bay is 500 m away. Please keep in mind that the house is located uphill so guests with mobility issues might face some difficulties. - Should there be an emergency we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that as we do not live on the island we might need more time than expected to resolve certain issues. - The main boiler of the property is shared with other guests and you might notice a difference in the water pressure if it's being used simultaneously by both houses. - The internet speed can reach up to 24 Mbps. - We offer basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel, detergent for the dished but you might have to buy detergent for your clothes or the dish washing machine.
