The space The property consists of 2 separate living spaces., the main house and separate Tropical Villa. The Tropical villa is located at the rear of the property. It is attached to the main house by a gate but the building is not physically attached to the main house. There is a large umbrella above the plunge pool that can be opened or closed and a comfortable table and chairs to relax in whilst soaking up the sunshine. The plunge pool also has seating within the pool, perfect for cooling down whilst sipping on a cold beer. Guest access Access to the property is via Electric Sliding gate If guests staying in the tropical Villa would like privacy from the main house, use the villas private entrance down the side of the house. Alternately the villa can be accessed by going through the main house and out the back door to the undercover entertaining area. The villa is located next to the undercover entertaining area. Guests also have use of the Plunge pool/ BBQ area during their stay. Guests will have access to all areas of the property listed except for 1 bedroom in the main house. The main house building consists of 3 bedrooms, of which 1 bedroom is blocked off and is strictly not for guest use.
