La Croix del Sol: Quiet gîte 9 km from Figeac

A renovated 17th century barn, this 100 m² cottage is located in a hamlet with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, close to the remarkable city of Art and History of Figeac. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit must-see sites such as Rocamadour or the Gouffre de Padirac. Garden products offered depending on the season. An outdoor swimming pool, shared with another gîte, unheated, 8 m x 4 m is available from May to the end of September. The space The gîte, on one level (2 steps outside the entrance of the gîte, 1 step inside between the kitchen and the living room), includes: • A spacious and fully equipped kitchenette, open to the dining room and living room. • A living room with insert fireplace (heating the entire gîte), TV, sofa bed, armchair and a second dining area. • Two bedrooms, each with direct access to the balcony: ◦ Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 190 ◦ Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190 • Bathroom (optional towels) • Separate toilet • 16 m² terrace and 17 m² balcony (can be enclosed), with garden furniture and BBQ. • Carport located directly across the street from the cottage. • Shared pool with another gîte (open from May to end of September) Services included: heating, sheets, electricity, WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning.
