This is a complete house, located in the center of town and recently completely renovated. A quiet and peaceful area.  The house is located in Figueras, a peaceful and comfortable place, ideal for strolling through its streets, enjoying its nearby beaches, the coast, its architecture and great cuisine.

Figueras has two small beaches that can be reached on foot, although it is worth approaching next to the Puente de los Santos to Arnao beach, the westernmost beach in Asturias.
With fine white sand and calm, crystal-clear waters, Arnao offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Galician and Asturian coasts. It is also close to Pena Ronda Beach. Both have complete facilities, easy access and rescue in the summer months. We can't help but mention the nearby Playa de las Catedrales, as well as many others that are worth discovering.

There are also several golf courses, water activities, hiking and adventure nearby.

For us it is vitally important that your stay is as pleasant as possible and therefore we are available during office hours from 10:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and we also have a 24-hour telephone in case any incident arises during your stay. We understand that it is essential that you know the anti-Covid19 measures and our way of working for the coming months. In accordance with the hygienic-sanitary measures imposed by the Ministry of Health, our action protocol will be: Cleaning guidelines: Products recommended by the Ministry of Health are used for cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation. All linen, towels, bedspreads, blankets, etc. are washed at over 60º. All textiles in the accommodation (curtains, armchairs, sofas, pillows, mattresses...) are treated with special bactericides. All furniture, knobs, handles, controls, frames, cables, TVs, hangers, etc. have been disinfected. Bathrooms are disinfected. You will find a bottle of hydroalcoholic solution at the entrance of the accommodation for use during your stay. The bathrooms have trash cans with lids and pedal operation where you must deposit the masks, tissues, etc. All rooms have been properly ventilated. We have minimized the room's decor to avoid possible points of contagion, so we have removed carpets, mats, cushions and the trash can from the room. As a rule, we will not deliver tourist brochures physically. Tourist information about the region will be provided via email.
