Guesthouse in Wichita Falls

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse behind my home that is just a few miles from I-44, Sheppard AFB, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guesthouse sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee. The space The kitchen has a stove, oven, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker (coffee, sugar, cream provided), table and chairs, and kitchenware. The full bathroom includes towels and amenities. There is Wi-Fi and a large smart TV that connects to the internet. Parking is off-street and directly in front of the guesthouse, which has a self-check in electronic lock. Other things to note In addition to a cleaning service, during this time of COVID19, I am personally disinfecting the guest house after the cleaning service is done and before the check-in of guests.
