It can comfortably accommodate 14 people (8 in the Villa and 4 in a first apartment and 2 in a second apartment).   The villa, with an area of 400 m2, is built on three levels and sits on a fenced plot of 40 ares. Access is private via a small stone road and a gate. Villa VICI being south - south / west facing, you can admire the sunset from one of the many terraces. The view from the terrace of Villa VICI is 300 ° and covers Lake Korission, the wooded countryside of the Chalikounas region and the sea from south to north. Villa VICI is located 2km from the beach of Chalikounas which is the largest sandy beach in Corfu. Almost 4km long in the Natura 2000 area, it is very famous for its “Party” on the beach and for its Kite Surf clubs. You will also find taverns near the sea and Lake Korission. The village of Agios Mattheos is approximately 4.5 km and Moraitika is 6 km. Aghios Mattheos is a typical mountain village while Moraitika is a seaside resort on the east coast of Corfu. You will find all the facilities in these two villages: shops, bars, restaurants, car / motorbike / quad rental, etc. The surrounding countryside is made up of olive groves and vineyards, two winegrowers are located less than 2km from the Villa.
