We have lived in Neffiès since 2007 and spent several years restoring L'Olivier. It is unusual for a village house in that it is very light and has a dining terrace with great views as well as a courtyard with BBQ. There is a modern fitted kitchen and dining area as well as a living room with wood-burner for winter nights. There is also a private garage and separate laundry area. There are two bedrooms one with a 160cm King bed and the other with two singles which can be put together to make a super king. As an old house guests need to be aware that the ceiling height in parts of the bedrooms is low. Our previous guests have found Neffies and L'Olivier a great base for exploring the region by car and cycle. There is excellent walking direct from the village. We are also lucky in having two restaurants, a tapas bar, and boulangerie in the village. Please do note that our TV is via wifi and receives only French stations. We also have an internet radio, CD/MP3 player and a DVD player with 40inch screen..
