Sunny, central and quiet old Walser house, renovated and comfortably expanded (Arvenstube and tiled stove) with own garden and beautiful views, just below the "Bellevue" bus station, two stops to the "Carmenna" ski area and one stop to the nearest shops. The space The Flöka-Hus was renovated with a lot of love for detail, so that today it offers the most modern comfort without losing the charm of the original residential building. With its six bedrooms with a total of 11 beds, four wet rooms and a central location, the house is an ideal 2-generation house. The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and oven, as well as fridge and freezer. Fondue and raclette accessories are part of the inventory.
