The house is located in the south of Spain in the heart of Andalusia, 30 minutes east of Malaga. You benefit from a very pretty sea view, you are quiet while being close to the centers of interest (beach restaurants ballads, visit of Malaga, Granada ...) At your disposal a very comfortable and very well fitted house. You have a superb view of the sea and the bay of Torre del Mar on one side, and the mountains on the other. The house is sunny all day long, 2 covered terraces with garden furniture allow you to take meals outside. The large garden has a private swimming pool of 8mx4m with umbrella, sun loungers, pergola with sofa. A very beautiful exotic garden, with palm trees, laurels, bougainvilleas, jasmine ... The villa is composed of 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, two bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge) opening onto a dining room (table for 6 people) and the living room (fireplace, LCD TVwith all channels, DVD, HIFI, 2 sofas). Unlimited WIFI internet. The villa is fitted with gas central heating and a fireplace, ideal for stays in winter: you enjoy the Andalusian sun during the day and a comfortably heated house in the evening. The villa is ideally located for exploring all of Andalusia: Malaga, Nerja, Seville, Granada. The small white villages around (Algarrobo, Sayalonga, Competa ....) are typical and superb to discover. You reache the sea in 10 minutes, with beaches all over the coast, the beaches are furnished with sun loungers and parasols. You can taste the local food in the many beach restaurants 'chiringuito', the paella, the delicious fish cooked on plancha or wood fire. Enjoy ;)
