My 60 sqm apartment is on the ground floor, in a quiet residential complex, with a shared garden, composed of a living room (with a king size sofa bed), a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The property is about 15 minutes' walk from the historic center and the Sassi. The space A wide free car parking area is 50 to 150 meters far from the apartment. A trailer park is 700 meters far from the apartment. You will find some free refreshments and a free welcome kit, including a full continental breakfast, on arrival. Town tourists tax of € 2 per person per day to be added to the price for the the first three days of stay. Guest access The apartment is available to guests, without limitation on room use.
