Welcome to La Rochelle! We offer our large 30 m2 studio close to the seaside and a short distance from the city center, ideal for a relaxing time in the great outdoors. The apartment is fully equipped and has a terrace with a partial sea view. Kitchen and bathroom redone in 2021. The residence is new and very quiet. You will have private parking for your vehicle. The accommodation includes: - A large living room with a bed area (140 cm bed), a TV lounge and a dining table. - A beautiful terrace with partial sea view. - A new independent kitchen (March 2021) with glass cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. - New bathroom (March 2021) with shower - Entrance hall with a large closet. - Separate toilet. Access to bike garage and private parking - secure. We provide bed sheets, kitchen towels and bath towels. Guest access La Rochelle is a city that can be discovered on foot or by bike. There are many shops opposite the rugby stadium 200 m from the apartment (Food, Greengrocer, Pharmacy, Bakery, Bank). Bike paths run along the coast from the apartment; ideal for a walk, jog or bike ride. The city center is about 1 km away by a nice walk along the waterfront BIKE RENTAL A self-service bike station (Yelo Station) is located 200 m from the apartment in front of the rugby stadium. Other things to note Check-in is between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on weekdays (we are at work before) and from 3 p.m. on weekends. Depending on our availability, we will be able to travel to welcome you between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. A "LATE ARRIVAL" package of 10 EUR (9:00 p.m./10:00 p.m.) will be payable upon key handover.
