Luxurious modern apartment AC

This modern apartment is situated on the second floor of a new buiding in new town, just 10 minutes walking from te city center and all the monuments. It's composed by 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, spacious living room, dining room with a small fridge and water dispencer. No kitchen is available. each room is equipped with AC and mosquito nets in the windows. there is no generator in the building so power supply can be interrupted, it XML sometimes in Zanzibar.
