Located in trendy and fun Southside neighborhood. A short walk to many bars/restaurants or the free electric shuttle. 2 super comfy queen beds & 2 baths. Off street parking. The space You’ve got the whole house to yourselves! Other things to note I have security cameras outside at the front and back doors for both your and my safety & peace of mind. My home is not an event space. Unregistered guests must be cleared with me before they arrive. Failure to disclose will result in a $60 fine per person. This is my primary residence so expect clothes in dressers & some food in the fridge. There are wool rugs and plants in my home. I have many houseplants too. This is my primary residence so there will be some of my food items in the fridge, my clothing in the drawers.
