The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is one bedroom with one king bed and one pull out couch. Additionally there is plenty of closet space, one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. Guest access You can access the home anytime after 4pm by using the code provided with your check in instructions. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Other things to note We are pet friendly. We do charge a pet fee of $50 per pet per stay. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
