We are a long term rental FYI This is a perfect space for a light-weight traveler interested in a cute place to come home to each evening, with all the basic conveniences. It's in a very cool urban neighborhood with lots to offer to foodies, creatives, art galleries and adventurers. This studio carriage home is not a shared space (not attached) from the main structure. Separate and private entrance. Great work space with Internet speeds over 100 mbps Quantum fiber service! The space This studio is not attached to the home and it is a complete separate structure. Private and accessible from the backyard. Please come through gain-way on the north side of the house. The left gate will lead you to a flagstone path directly back to to the studio. You will not disturb me or my neighbors. Walking distance to downtown. Check out the map, it's not a bad walk but these are big blocks. Minimum 20 minute walk to downtown or a 5 minute Lyft to LODO. Guest access THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ! Please refer to pic 22 and 24 for instruction on how to access the studio. When arriving please enter on the north side of the house. If your facing the house it’s your right side. Walk into the lighted gain-way and enter on the left wooden patio gate door and follow the flagstone path directly towards to the back of the studio. Please do not disturb my tenants on the first floor of the main house. When order food from door dash make sure to not disturb my first floor tenants. Thank you Other things to note I’m sorry but no pets allowed on the premises. The unit includes air conditioning and heating. It’s a mini split Fujitsu heat pump. It will cool off and warm up the unit quickly. It’s the best heat pump currently on the market so you can bet you will be comfortable. The studio has three windows one on the bathroom for lighting and bedroom area and kitchen window. Laundry appliances available. There is a laundry rack to hang dry your clothes and also a small magic chef dryer. Also I want guests to be aware the kitchen is just a kitchenette but useful and if you are resourceful you can make it work! Brand new butcher block countertop with kohler kitchen faucet. Pretty fancy! The stove is a convection hot plate. It’s modern and sleek and easy to clean. Also the hot water is an electric 220 instant hot water heater and will give you unlimited supply of hot water. You can manually adjust temperature setting if you need to adjust it. This unit has a separate updated 100 amp panel box with 20-40 breakers. So no tripping circuit breakers since every room has an electrical line dedicated on the main box. I’ve had in the past guests that are clueless with panel electrical boxes but I’m happy to walk you through any questions. I’m just a phone call or text away!
