The house has 2 bathrooms (one with Balneo bathtub), 3 bedrooms: 1 with a large 160 X200 bed for two people, the second with a 140 X 190 bed and a 120 x 190 sofa bed and a third with a 180 x 200 cm king size bed that can be transformed into 2 single 90 x 200 cm beds according to the tenant's choice. It is an artist's house where every room in the house is decorated with paintings painted by the owner Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room-TV corner with a large corner sofa. A bathroom and a cellar with washing machine, dryer and freezer. The house with its air conditioning in all rooms (except the kitchen) has a magnificent view of the Luberon and is surrounded by a garden of about 1000 m2 with a magnificent pool-style pool of 3.50 m × 10 m It is located in the heart of the Petit Luberon, close to all the famous villages: Menerbes, Gordes, Bonnieux, L'Isle sur la Sorgue... Our house is the perfect base for hiking in nature (many hiking trails) or for bike rides. The house is located 200 m from the village shops (bakery, grocery store, 2 restaurants). Everything can be done on foot. For larger shopping, the Super U supermarket is in Coustellet, 5 km from the house. In Coustellet, you will also find all the other necessary shops. It should be noted that there are 3 cats, including a domesticated one that comes and goes as it pleases, the other 2 live only outside. Our house is therefore not suitable for people allergic to cats. We ask our tenants to feed them during their stay. Guest access The entire house is rented with the garden and its private pool (only one very small room will be closed and not accessible to tenants). There is easily enough room to park up to 3 cars on the property. A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning package and linen rental (bed linen, towels, tea towels, pool towels) of 160 euros is requested upon arrival in cash.
