Early Bird & Consecutive Night Discounts: We offer an early-bird discount of 20% off if you book at least 2 months in advance, and a consecutive-night discount of 10% off if you stay for consecutive nights. Coffee Time: We have a coffee hand drip set for coffee lovers, including a hand mill. We also have a Nespresso & milk former for your casual enjoyment. In addition, tea bags and sugar are always available. About Amenities: We have a full range of amenities at our facility. Please come and visit us with nothing in hand. In addition to bath and hand towels, toothbrushes (children's), cotton, cotton swabs, etc. are provided at the facility. For women, lotion, milky lotion, and cleansing oil are available. Enjoy bath salts in the Jacuzzi while listening to the sound of the waves. Guest access Entire vila Other things to note BBQ: We offer special BBQ facilities for our guest. Smoky Kamado grill and Delongi multi grill are all set with charcoal and lighters. Please enjoy !! Equipment and supplies: 1) Kitchen are fully equipped with self-catering facilities (tableware, glasses, microwaves, refrigerator, freezer, toaster) .Basic seasonings for BBQ such as salt and pepper are also available. 2) There is no washing / drying machine at this facility. Please use the nearby coin laundry for long term rent. 3) Indoor & outdoor BBQ facilities are available. Out door BBQ is optional (3000 yen, charcoal and lighter are included). 4) Indoor Jacuzzi & hot shower, outdoor shower (cold water only) are available. 5) Master bedroom is equipped with king size bed. Second floor bedroom is futon style with ocean view(up to 2 adults & small kids).Living free space could be stayed with futon mattress (2 adults) 6) Parking lots (including wagons and large vehicles) are free. 7) Free Wi-Fi is provided. 8) Baby chair (STOKKE) is optional. 9) Cleaning tools, laundry clothes (for consecutive nights) 10) Insecticides, mosquito coil ​ Self serving drinks: 1) Nespresso, tea bags, sugar 2) Coffee hand drip set (Hand mill is available, please bring your favorite beans) Amenities: All amenities we provide is limited to use within the facility. Please wash the dishes when you check out. Trash could be left after separating leftovers, plastic and bottles. Outdoor sofa need to be put inside when you checkout. Outdoor sofa is not water proof so please put inside when it is raining also. About the number of guests: We charge an additional charge of JPY 13,500 / person for 3 or more people(It is automatically calculated when you reserve). If there is an increase of guests after your reservation, please contact us in advance. Entrance to facility is allowed only for the reservation person.
