Your apartment is on the 2nd floor of the house and has a southeast balcony from which you can enjoy a partial lake view. The apartment with an area of 63 m² includes a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a shower room. It is only about 100 m to the beach. From the living room you enter the furnished balcony. The living area is furnished with a lounge patio and a dining area. A flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo system provide entertainment. The separate kitchen offers you a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-plate ceramic hob, a microwave and a fridge with a freezer. Tiles were chosen as the flooring. Additional storage space is provided by a spacious wardrobe in the hallway. In the friendly bedrooms you will find a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with a wardrobe and two single beds (90 x 200 cm) with a dresser and a changing table to fold out. The flooring is designed with high-quality laminate in the living and sleeping area. A modern and tiled shower room is provided. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.
