Our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home is close to Downtown. Only 7 miles. The neighborhood is delightfully private and quiet. We have a relaxing rocking chair and a full kitchen to cook. Close to several great restaurants such as Big Bad Breakfast, The Ridge BBQ, Twilight Tavern Tacos. We have Roku TVs in all of the bedrooms, and you will LOVE the location. It is a super quick Uber/Lyft to downtown. The neighborhood also has tons of places to shop such as Costco, Target, Trader Joe’s. This house has a kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom, and 3 bedrooms with one queen bed in each room. You can use the half circle driveway for parking and you will have the entire upstairs of the home. The owners live in the basement in the mother in law apartment. It is totally separate there are not any shared spaces. We respect your privacy and we do not enter the upstairs when its rented. You have access to the entire main house. You do not have access to the fenced-in back yard or the basement. We live downstairs in the mother in law apartment. We never enter the main house while it’s rented. You have your own entrance, and so do we. We know where all the good restaurants are. If you need anything or want recommendations, you can just call or text us. We are just downstairs!!! West Nashville has tons of great restaurants. There is a shopping mall called Nashville West. There is Target, Ross, Marshall's, NewYork&Co. we are close to Trader Joe’s, Publix, & Kroger. Uber, Lyft. Ordering out to be delivered, there is also Post Mates and Uber eats. Only the number of guests on your reservation is allowed on property. We have 2 dogs, Lizzy and Thor, that live downstairs with us, and they bark. They stay outside in the fenced-in backyard in the daytime and come inside at night.
