You’ll love our comfy beds, the kitchen, the views, the lake access, and the proximity to all there is to see & do on the Olympic Peninsula. It is a great home for couples, families (with kids), and groups of friends. Guests love our small gated community with swimming area and grassy shoreline. Many guests use us as a home base for exploring the beautiful Olympic National Park! The space We have two bedrooms upstairs with king-sized Tempur-Pedic mattresses. One is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and a small deck off the back of the house. Also upstairs is another bathroom, the living room, dining room and kitchen, and access to the outdoor balcony at the front of the house. Downstairs you will find a rec-room/family room with a large table for playing the games found in the nearby cabinet, and a large tv with dvd/blu-ray player. While we don't offer cable television, we do have an extensive dvd & blu-ray collection for you to enjoy. There is also a third bathroom downstairs, and a bunk room that has two sets of bunk beds to sleep 6 people. Guest access You will have access to the entire house during your stay, with the exception of one garage stall where we store supplies and personal belongings. In our gated community you will also have access to the community beach and swimming area, the docks, and our boat slip. If you plan on bringing out a boat or other water craft, just let us know and we can help you locate our boat slip. Other things to note We are a non-smoking, no pets house. Our HOA has renter rules that must be followed which include no loud parties and no parking on the street. It is important to us that our guests respect these rules so that everyone has an enjoyable experience. We have a coffee bar with a Keurig, so bring your favorite K-Cups to upgrade your morning coffee to coffee with a view! It has become tradition that if you have a few K-Cups leftover at the end of your stay, you leave them as a surprise for the next guests. There is always a rotating assortment that is fun to peruse!
