A 1700s house expertly renovated by local craftsmen and renovated with all the comforts necessary to make an unforgettable stay. Located in an enchanting position, in Martina Franca in the heart of the Itria valley, the main body of the structure has a modern kitchen with adjoining living room, and a double bedroom with private bathroom. The secondary body, exclusively available to guests of the structure, has on the ground floor a relaxation room with sofa, fireplace, kettle for herbal teas, wine cellar, TV with netflix and other streaming channels while in the basement, housed in a ancient woodshed, a hot water swimming pool (35 °) with waterfall and whirlpool. All furnished with great luxury, the rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, free WiFi and heating / cooling that can be changed according to user needs.
