Enjoy Sunday brunches outside on the brick patio, walkable to a fantastic Larchmont Farmers' Markets (every Wednesday & Sunday), eateries, coffee shops, boutiques, and more. Centrally located - easy walk to Paramount, short drive to Netflix, other studios, Hollywood Bowl & more. The space A wonderful family home featuring relaxing gardens, a shaded pool, and a jacuzzi. Enjoy Sunday brunches outside on the brick patio, walkable to a fantastic Sunday Farmers' Market, eateries, coffee shops, and more. The beautiful house has been professionally decorated and includes six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a guest house that has a kitchen and bathroom. Additionally, there are two rooms without bathrooms that can accommodate two guests each. Two of the bedrooms feature balconies. In the backyard, you'll find a lawn, pool, and jacuzzi, along with raised beds for herbs and vegetables, which you are welcome to enjoy. There's a cozy fire pit area surrounded by fig, olive, and citrus trees, with fragrant lavender, Mexican marigolds, and jasmine blooming at certain times of the year. The gas fire pit allows for warm gatherings that can last for hours. The outdoor patio boasts a dining table for al fresco meals, along with a couch and loveseat that seats about seven for relaxing or reading. Other amenities include a gas grill and a ping pong table, plus a projector in the primary bedroom for movie nights. The home features an open layout with a living room, dining room, kitchen, a formal living room, an office/TV room, and a second office. Wifi, Alexa, and a printer are available for your convenience. A few additional things to note: - We enforce a strict ban on parties of large groups as per the city of LA's law. However, small gatherings are welcome with pre-approval. - We prioritize your safety and enjoyment, which is why we require the names of each guest for security purposes. - As of May 1, 2025, the cleaning fee ($525/stay) will be included in the nightly pricing, as per the platform. - Pool / Spa heating is $120/day and must be requested at time of booking. Guest will be billed through platform for payment. - If bringing your pup there is a Pet fee of $150/stay Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house (except for locked downstairs bedroom), including the private backyard and all its amenities. Other things to note When you book your stay with us, every stay gives back. In partnership with Kind Traveler, your stay results in a $1 per night donation to support Wolf Connection. Wolf Connection’s mission is to transform lives through reciprocal relationships between wolves and humans. Through our community impact program, every $1 you contribute will go directly to supporting Wolf Connection. Additionally, Nonpareil Stays will match every $1 donated to the cause. You’ll see a line item for “Community Impact Program” on your folio. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking. - You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. - Guests will enjoy a welcome package from Nonpareil Stays upon arrival filled with mineral water, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola bars along with Lifeboost coffee. - Any stay over 30 days requires a mid-stay clean. Cleaning will be coordinated by Nonpareil Stays for a day/time convenient for the guest. The cost of cleanings are the guest's responsibility and will be invoiced separately. - The pool/spa heater is $120/per day. - There is tandem driveway parking for 2 cars as well as plenty of free street parking. - Any personal items left on premises post-checkout by guests will be subject to a $50 convenience fee for returning (via USPS, UPS and/or Fed-x) - Guests are PROHIBITED from taking any photos or videos on the property or in the house that are to be used for commercial purposes, including subscriber content for social media, without the host's prior consent.
