A few minutes drive away is the Caloundra CBD with a number of shops and restaurants to choose from and also a little further up the road, the very popular Caloundra Rsl. Whether it's a relaxing beach holiday that you are after, or a little more excitement, the Sunshine Coast and this particular location has everything you could want for the perfect holiday. The lounge room consists of one 3 seater and one 2 seater couch, television, Dvd player and ceiling fan. The dining room consists of a dining table catering for six guests. The kitchen contains a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, cook top and all cooking utensils. The main bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, ceiling fan, 2 seater couch, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers plus an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and ceiling fan, bedroom 2 has a single bed and built in wardrobe, while bedroom 3 has three single beds, a ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and pedestal fan. The bathroom consists of a vanity and shower and the laundry contains a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum and pedestal fan. There is a large balcony off the main bedroom upstairs - perfect for breakfast. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and a sizeable back yard which includes an outdoor setting and Bbq. Pet Welcome: Outside dog only. Conditions apply so please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog.
