Rental unit in Brooklyn

Our gorgeous apartment is just two blocks away from Sunset Park, arguably the most beautiful park in New York. It's a big call, but I'm making it. We are two working professionals, my friend Mark and I, and all are welcome in our home! The space The bedroom has a full-sized firm mattress on a storage bed, with three shelves in the base. There is a side table with drawer, a small desk, a rug, and a bamboo hanging rack with wooden coat hangers. The living room has a television and lots of comfy couches, and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, microwave, oven, blender, toaster and other amenities. There is a washer and drier in the apartment. There is a wine shop downstairs, and only two apartments above us. There is a nightclub next door, and a highway in front of the house, but with the double windows in your room it is surprisingly quiet! There is a ton of free parking in the area, right in front of the house under the highway and on the street, and street cleaning is only once a week. Guest access Living room, bathroom (shared with my housemate Mark - I have my own bathroom). During your stay My housemates and I work a lot, so we are often out of the house. However, we are friendly and love to have a chat when we are home, or equally can give you space.
