Upstairs features a spacious living area with 2 TVs, DVD players, video player, and CD/stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee pod machine. The main bedroom (parents’ retreat) is located upstairs and includes a queen bed and private bathroom. A panel heater is provided for guest comfort. Downstairs includes two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds. The property accommodates up to 8 guests in total. Also on this level are a bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a single garage. Outside, there is a small fully enclosed yard—ideal for pets—and upstairs, the balcony includes a gas BBQ and outdoor setting for your convenience. Linen is provided for confirmed guests only, please ensure the correct guest numbers are entered at the time of booking. Please note: bunk bed linen is supplied, but beds will not be made up.
