The holiday home, run by German owners on the outskirts of Rome, is beautifully situated in the medieval part. The view from the terraces of the Borgo Medievale is fantastic in all seasons. The house has on the lower floor 1 large cooking, dining and living area (40m2), 1 shower room with toilet, 1 terrace 30 m2 (grill). Second Floor: Hall with 1 bedroom, 1 youth room, 1 bathroom (with bath, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer), 1 terrace (18m2 with a swing) and 1 terrace 6m2. This is a 2-minute walk from the piazza, where there is also a large car park. On the piazza there is a well-stocked supermarket (minimarket) and a bar (personable owner who also prepares lunch and dinner to order, excellent coffee and good aperitifs. Signposted hiking trails from Piazza to Calcatta and the waterfalls of Monte Gelato. Sights include Rome, Calcatta, Tarquinia (Etruscan), and the wonderful bathing fun on Lake Bracciano
