The flat is situated on the raised ground floor of a Victorian building. It is very bright and spacious with very high ceilings and large windows. There is a large bedroom with a new very large double-bed and a sofa. The living room- open plan kitchen has views over a garden that is not part of the apartment but gives a nice relaxing outlook. Please note that the carpet in the living room needs replacing as do the tiles in the bathroom. The carpet in the bedroom has been replaced. The livign room carpet has been professionally cleaned but it was not possible to remove the stains smudged that were alco cuased by a water leak.
