This gated community offers 1.5 miles of secure, waterfront walking/jogging trails. The ample balcony allows you to chill in the warm Florida air surrounded by palm trees. The space The 1085 square foot condo is on the third floor overlooking the tropical resort style pool with cabanas. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large balcony! This renovated condo is light and bright. This one bedroom with den can accommodate 3 guests. King size bed in bedroom and comfortable twin bed loveseat sleeper in den. 60 inch TV in living room. 50“ TV in the bedroom. Free wifi and cable. Condo has full size washer and dryer as well as a huge walk in closet and bathroom with double vanities. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped (dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, glassware, servers). There is a garage in which you can store your personal items such as your golf clubs, bicycle and beach gear. There is a dedicated parking space immediately in front of the garage. Guest access Full condominum. Other things to note Each adult or married couple must fill out an online lease application. There is a $150.00 lease application fee which is paid by the guest online. This is COA policy. One dog is allowed (ask about breed restrictions). Sorry no cats. There is no elevator at this property.
