Comfortable villa located 500 meters from the sea, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double and one loft (double / twin); an open space living room / kitchen with sofa bed, equipped with crockery pots; bathroom with shower and washing machine. At the entrance is a terrace with barbecue where you can dine while admiring a turquoise sea glimpse of Costa Rei. In the garden there is an outdoor shower. On the back is a nice terrace where you can relax, a water tank and a tank for laundry. The car park is home to a car. Nearby, supermarket, newsagent, restaurant, hairdresser, bakery ... Also present was a weekly street market on Thursdays and Saturdays. Linen on request for a fee, € 15 per person. Final cleaning 50 €. Utilities included.
