We have 3 rooms with attached washrooms ,a sitting and a dinning area .We are centrally located to Connaught Place, Karol Bagh Market,old delhi and other tourist attractions. The space The apartment is on fourth floor we do have an elevator/ lift , There are three rooms, a sitting area cum dinning room in between the rooms, so its not very big but cosy and comfortably home . It is extremely private and fitted with all the mod-cons: heater/Aircon, TV & cable,refrigerator, electric kettle with tea and coffee tray, and wash rooms with geysers. It also has a fully functional Kitchen fitted with a gas stove, wash basin and cooking dishes in case you feel like cooking! We also have a built-in wall cupboard,and a little balcony .We are also particular about what drinking water we drink as well as serve to our guests and only serve R.O.-processed water (i.e. water processed by reverse osmosis that is extremely safe for drinking). We are conveniently close to City center the is the Famous connaught place which is approx 2 Kms away from our place. There are lots of eating joints just across the road , bars, pharmacies, phone shops . The nearest metro station is Rajindre Place Metro Station which is just a 7-min walk away. Guest access At New India Home Stay, guests will have their own serviced-apartment- which has a separate entrance, attached kitchenette, bathroom and small private balcony. Further, you have access to a back balcony which has a small garden view and also serves as a smoking area. Other things to note An Early Check-in (before 12PM on the 1st day of your booking) depends on whether there are guests staying the previous day. If we do not have guests staying the previous day, then you are most welcome to check in early also. If you require a late checkout (after 10 am), please inform us so that we can make arrangements . If the room is free the following day (i.e. we have no other bookings), we shall certainly accommodate you. please be aware that there is currently construction going on in our neighborhood which may result is some noise during daytime hours. However during late evening and night there is no sound and it will not effect your sleep or overall stay .
