When we first discovered Luma Appart, it was an instant favorite. We fully renovated and designed it with one simple idea in mind: creating a place where we would genuinely love to stay ourselves during a holiday. A comfortable, bright and peaceful apartment, ideally located to fully enjoy Saint-Pierre without needing a car. From the apartment, everything is within walking distance: * the lagoon and beach, * restaurants, * shops, * the local market, * the seafront promenade and city center activities. Despite being so close to the lively heart of Saint-Pierre, the apartment remains particularly quiet in the evenings — something many of our guests truly appreciate. We paid special attention to comfort and sleep quality because, for us, great holidays also mean restful nights: * the bedroom features a comfortable King Size bed, * the living room includes a real high-quality Château d’Ax sofa bed. We wanted to create a warm, functional and welcoming place where guests quickly feel at home after a day at the beach, hiking or exploring the south of the island. Whether you are visiting Reunion Island for holidays, remote work or simply to enjoy the lagoon and the atmosphere of Saint-Pierre, Luma Appart has been designed for both short and longer stays in a relaxing and comfortable setting. Of course, we remain available throughout your stay to answer your questions and share our local recommendations so you can fully enjoy your time in Reunion Island. Guest access Guests have access to the entire private apartment: * bedroom, * living room, * fully equipped kitchen, * bathroom, * separate toilet, * laundry area, * balcony. The apartment is located in a secure residence with elevator access and includes a private parking space, especially convenient near the city center and seafront. A computer is also available in the apartment to help organize your stay: local searches, excursions, hiking, restaurants, activities or remote work. Other things to note The apartment is located very close to the city center and the seafront, while remaining very quiet at night. Peaceful nights are often highlighted by our guests. Everything can be done on foot: beach, shops, restaurants, covered market and city center activities. A welcome starter kit is provided upon arrival to help you begin your stay comfortably: coffee pods, tea, sugar, basic condiments, as well as bathroom essentials (shower gel). Bed linen and towels are provided. A picnic kit is also available (cooler, ice packs, tableware).
