A wonderful corner lot in Jefferson Park of East Point/Atlanta! Lots of street parking right outside. Relax on the large veranda with seating for quiet time with your morning beverage or to enjoy an intimate evening with friends and a bottle of wine. Gather in the bright open living area for a game or enjoy a meal in our homey dining room. Take a leisurely walk through our beautiful quiet neighborhood before heading out for a night on the town or heading up for a little reading before bed. The space This is our private home and is very special to us. We want you to enjoy it...and respect it...as much as we do. Our home is the perfect get-away for a family week-end, Girls' Trip or just a quiet place to chill after work or play. There are lots of spaces to gather. Many of the furnishings, dishware and other items have great sentimental value to us and our family. Please be mindful and exercise care in enjoying the use of our belongings. We live here and, while you will be staying in the main part of the house, our hosts' apartment is in a separate area. You will not have access to this area or to our office on the 2nd floor. The back porch and driveway are also off-limits unless permitted otherwise. You can enter the back yard through the side gate unless access to the back porch is granted. Otherwise, it's all yours, but we are just a call or text away. Please keep noise levels at a minimum, especially after dark. Our neighbours are friendly, but relish their quiet time. Some neighbours have children that go to bed early and some neighbours have early morning obligations. Please be mindful and respectful of their peace. Guest access You'll have the whole house, except the hosts' apartment. The hosts' apartment is in a separate part of the home with it's own access to the outdoors and driveway. You won't even know that we're there! Other things to note A House Manual is provided to address most details about our home. Please read it carefully to orient yourself to our space and expectations. Let us know if you encounter any issues that were not addressed in the Manual. We will do our best to improve your experience with our home.
