The south-facing living room opens onto a private courtyard. The terrace at the back of the gîte is the perfect place to enjoy your meals in peace and quiet. The space The ground floor comprises a large 80m2 living area with open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer) and living/dining room (table, 2 sofas, wood-burning stove, TV), plus a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer) and separate toilet. On the first floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms: a 13.8m² bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be twinned), an 11m² bedroom with a 160cm bed, an 11.5m² bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 12.3m² bedroom with 1 160cm bed; a shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a 23m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a 100m² courtyard, parking and a large green area with a slide and swing at the rear.
