We are situated on a farm close to some of the most popular attractions of the region. We have been welcoming guests to our place for over 7 years and many of our guests return year on year leaving wonderful reviews! This tastefully renovated old farmhouse is an ideal base from which to explore the local wineries, national parks, restaurants, antiques & shops specialising in handmade soaps, chocolates, berries, local cheeses & coffee. 'Pepper Tree' is situated only 5 mins from the renowned Girraween [meaning place of flowers] National Park. This beautiful national park is famous for it's walking tracks, wildflowers, rock climbing, granite outcrops & water courses & is one of the most popular national parks in Queensland. We are next door to the award winning Pyramids Road Winery. And 5 mins drive to the very popular Balancing Heart Winery serving great pizzas! Balancing Heart's Winemaker is the only Queenslander to win Australian Winemaker of the Year. On the way to the Girraween National Park call into the 'Chocolate Cottage' for a great coffee [or hot chocolate] and delicious chocolate treats!
