Private and adorable cottage on a tree-lined estate in a quiet neighborhood. This cozy retreat exudes charm & character! With easy access to Hwy 101/41, you're only minutes away from a variety of fabulous activities including wine tasting, shopping, hiking, zip lining and beach adventures, to name a few. New furnishings & the right touch of rustic country charm are sure to make your relaxing getaway complete! The space With the wood-look and tile floors throughout, the cozy, country feel is unmistakable. Trees line the property, attracting deer (a lot of them!), birds and spunky squirrels, offering a very peaceful setting. In the fall, the autumn colors are spectacular and wonderful to see! Guests can enjoy sitting out on the private, secluded front patio to plan their wonderful day's activities in the crisp morning air, enjoy the sunshine and beautiful scenery or savor the wonderful evenings while they talk about the adventures they had. Sleeping arrangements consist of a very comfy queen bed in the bedroom as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room (that is actually comfortable!), with plenty of blankets and pillows to keep you cozy (as well as a great wall heater/AC for the whole house). There is coffee, water and a few snacks available as well as free WiFi. A variety of books and games are ready to be enjoyed as well. There is a fully stocked kitchen allowing you the ability to cook your own meals, if you so desire. We also have many restaurants nearby in case that option is more appealing. There is a beautiful brand new laundry room with a pay-per-wash washer and dryer and plenty of space. This laundry area is shared with other guests from our unit upstairs at Cedar Pines. Detergent is provided in the corner cupboard, but it is a pay-per-use washer/dryer (uses quarters). Atascadero is centrally & PERFECTLY located between Paso Robles wine country, San Luis Obispo shopping, a stroll through Cambria and Morro Bay, the spectacular Hearst Castle and many beautiful beaches that can't be missed. With close and easy access to Highway 101 and 41, getting around is a piece of cake. :) There is SO MUCH to do in our area and we'd be happy to provide recommendations to make your stay perfect. Come and see for yourself - you'll be happy you did!! Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home and the cozy front porch/patio area. Please come and enjoy the setting - that's why it's there! Other things to note We have another unit upstairs (it's actually off to the side, not directly above, named Cedar Pines). The two units are separated by a staircase. You will not run into the other guests except in the laundry room area, unless you so desire. If multiple people wanted to rent both homes, access is easy, otherwise doors are locked. Please note that there is absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Please respect this very important rule. We also request that NO pets are brought here, as there are SEVERE allergy issues with both a homeowner and our housecleaner. Thank you for your help in keeping our family and friends healthy.
