Ground floor, garden apartment with almost 900 square feet and natural light, gorgeous views and a private entrance! No carpet-concrete and tile floors throughout. Pets welcome! The space This walk out apartment is conveniently located in close proximity to Harrisonburg and the surrounding communities. Hiking trails, vineyards, downtown Harrisonburg, are all less than 15 minutes away. Although it is a one bed, one bath, it has over 900 Sq feet so there is plenty of space for a family. We live upstairs, but give guests their space. You may hear noise from us at times but we try to be considerate! Take a look at the photos to see what the entire space has to offer. There is a full kitchen, a queen bed in the bedroom and a day bed with trundle in the living room that makes two twin beds. The living room has a smart tv, blue ray and DVD player (with availability to log onto your favorite streaming platforms! WiFi available! There is central heat and air controlled by a thermostat upstairs in my home. In the summer we add a window AC unit to the space to ensure it can be kept how you like! It’s usually 67 in the apartment! Please clean your used dishes and leave used towels in the bathroom floor! Thank you!
