Grassington is a vibrant village and plays host to the Summer Arts Festival, where famous singers, artists, and authors all perform. In winter, enter into the Christmas spirit and enjoy the Dickensian Festival, where history comes alive with a range of historical markets, entertainers and food. Skipton is the nearest main town, just 10 miles away. It plays host to a bustling market, and at the head of its broad sweeping, cobbled high street, stands an impressive Norman castle.
