This apartment was originally set up to spend our holidays there. It has all the necessary comforts to stay there as at home , with equipment of beautiful qualities. The luxury residence built in 2018 has 11 apartments. Ours is located on the 2 nd floor on 2.The view is superb, we see the ocean in the distance with in the foreground the houses and their garden Biarrot. The residence is very quiet. The apartment is ideal for a family stay. The space Our apartment is 61 m2. There is the option to do in the 2nd bedroom: Either 2 beds of 90, or 1 queen bed in 180 , or a desk to work remotely. We just had a new generation heat pump installed that allows you to regulate the temperature with all the comforts you need. Guest access the place is entire . A free parking space is reserved for you. Station and train access is 15 min away. All amenities are close by and a free shuttle can take you to the beach directly. Other things to note We ask for a deposit of €700 before your arrival, which will be returned to you if everything is consistent with your arrival. Linen rental is extra per stay if you do not wish to bring your own. €20 for a double linen set €15 for single bedding €10 per towel Tourist tax is €3.70 per person per day .
