We're located on a beautiful wooded 26-acre property, green, quiet, and peaceful, yet just minutes off of I-85. Rural Charm # 1 is perfect for those driving on I-85 or I-95 that want to stop. WE HAVE INDOOR/OUTDOOR CATS. If you have allergies, our place is not for you. Located near, Ft. Barfoot, Lake Phoenix & Virginia Motor Sports Park. One hour south of Richmond, VA. There's an additional private room located in this home. (Rural Charm #2) The space Private bedroom is newly renovated 05/21 (new carpet, queen bed, linens) with private bath on the main floor of the house. The bath is just a step away and totally private. The large shower is perfect for those with mobility issues. Bedroom door locks. We can accommodate no more than 2 guests, 3rd person on air mattress upon request ( floor space is limited) Kids welcome! We have toys and children's books to entertain your little one. A twin air mattress or small child cot is available for children. Pack n play is available for babies and toddlers. Guest access Guests have access to livingroom, powder room, dining room and well- stocked kitchen, the pantry/laundry room which contains a guest refrigerator, washer and dryer.. Guests who book this room do not have access to the upstairs spaces. The den (off the kitchen) is exclusively the hosts space. During your stay We enjoy visiting with guests, in all instances however we follow our guests wishes on the level of contact they are comfortable with. Other things to note We have indoor/outdoor cats. This guest room does not have a TV. Maximum guests: 3 adult limit. Children (0-12) welcome.
