Fall is a beautiful and comfortable time to visit the beach. The private beach access is on the property and available to you at all times. The large living /dining area opens onto the beautiful lanai which overlooks a beautiful garden. Enjoy privacy from family and friends as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Please feel free to use the beach, pool, community room and the gardens. The property is only one mile from Times Square and all of the wonderful eats and treats for you and yours. The master bedroom includes 1 king bed, cable tv , walk in closet and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes 1 king bed, cable tv, closet and private bathroom. A couch is available for 1 more guest if needed. The newly renovated kitchen includes all of the appliances and dishes for cooking a family meal and making coffee, and includes a dishwasher. A bbq grill is a few steps out the door in the lower garden. The open breakfast bar allows views into the dining and living room area. The living room opens onto the lanai which overlooks a well landscaped garden. Beach chairs and umbrella are in the private storage area and the laundry facilities are free of charge and in the building. The condo is 1 mile from Times Square and across the street from Bay Oaks Park which includes a small community pool and recreation center and the library. Publix supermarket is only 1.5 miles on the island also. You’ll have access to the beach entrance, pool with restrooms, lounge areas, community room with the small library and puzzles. Across from Sea Grape Plaza with: pizza, nail salon, Mexican food and a bank. The free tram runs on season from the library to Times Square and to Bowditch Park. Uber is available also. You’ll find the keys to all access areas upon arrival.
