Peak Rate – May 15th – September 15th $495 Non-peak March 1st - May 14th $395 Winter Rate September 16th – February 28th $350 All major holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate. “HEAVEN’S CANYON” is nestled among the oak trees in the Frio Canyon, enjoy this comfortable 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, hill country style home that sleeps up to 16. Enjoy a brisk morning walk or a cup of coffee on the back patio, which overlooks the swimming pool and hills of Concan. Views of the sunsets and wildlife are a bonus to this roomy vacation rental. The home is located just minutes away from the clear waters of the Frio River. Easy access, ample parking, and a comfortable home all add up to the perfect place to make those Frio memories. Concan offers river floats, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and much more! Take the family to Garner State Park for hiking, swimming, and of course the nightly dances with your favorite tunes. Entertainment includes golfing at The Club at Concan and weekend concerts (during the summer months) at the well-known “House Pasture” and “Joe Jimmy’s”. PET FEES: This rental requires a pet fee of $25/day for each pet. All pets must be kept in a kennel when left behind at the property and leashed when outside. Pet fee will be collected after booking confirmation. To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available. Bedroom 1 — sleeps 2 – 1 king Bedroom 2 — sleeps 8 – 2 full/full bunks Bedroom 3 — sleeps 5 – 1 queen; 1 twin bunk; 1 twin Living room — sleeps 1 – 1 futon What to Bring. LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided. TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels. CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property. PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware. SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches. Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans. We provide: • Coffee filters • Daily garbage pick up service We do not provide: • Tall kitchen bags • Paper towels • Hand soap • Shampoo • Dishwashing liquid/powder • Salt & pepper • Toilet Paper NOTE: If it is an all-adult group (18 years +) then ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER!
