Our modern multi-level home boasts bamboo hardwood flooring and lots of windows for natural light. Relax in the black bottom saltwater jacuzzi or enjoy home-cooked meals with a full kitchen and indoor/outdoor eating areas. Stay cool with AC in every room. Pets welcome with approval but you must walk your pet. No pet waste on property. Our home is cleaned, well-stocked & disinfected before/after each guest. With 1.5 bathrooms, our home is perfect for families. Book now for a worry-free stay and experience the ultimate beach getaway. Guest access No parties. Private Jacuzzi available 6am-9pm. Jacuzzi is totally private for this house only. No glass by jacuzzi. Child crib available upon request. Jacuzzi is lovely and fully operational. All guests must sign the hosts rental contract and agreement prior to check-in and agree to no parties without prior approval. Street parking for cars is easy and convenient with no real restrictions. Easy to load and unload bags. Do not block any driveways and be considerate to pull your car up so others can share the curb. Please read all signs. Parking is unrestricted most of the time for standard cars and SUVs. We have lived here 10 years and never have been ticketed nor had to look for street parking here. We do not offer driveway or garage parking and you must park any RVs, Campers, Commercial, and any and all other non-standard cars on the street or at a lot. There are height and length limitations on most LA streets and ours included for these special vehicles. We can not be responsible for your parking. If you have a normal car or suv you will be happy with the parking. Other things to note •There are 2 bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the master and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom. We have a nice twin pull out sofa in the living area downstairs. Additional guests can be accommodated with inflatable mattresses upon request. It is a small house and more than 5 adults is a bit tight but cozy. •Non - Smoking House Rules. Thank you for not smoking anywhere on the premises (either inside or outside the home premise). Any smoking in the house will be subject to an additional comprehensive cleaning fee of $500. We are in a Fire Hazard Zone, so please, no tobacco, cigars, weed, vaping, or any other type of smoke inhalation on our premises. Let’s prevent and keep everyone safe! •Please note that the $500 comprehensive cleaning fee will also apply if you leave our property with ashes trail and/or impregnate the house with smells (related to your smoking ingredients). You also understand that you will be applicable for additional fees (besides the comprehensive cleaning fee) if you cause a fire at our place. •NO PARTIES. Only those registered as guests on the property. Please note we have a NO EVENTS policy without prior approval. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have a party or gathering so that we can plan for it. There will be an added charge for any event. Most events start at $1200. If not preapproved the charge will be $120 for each additional person to the persons on the reservation. •If you are booking for more than 4 people it is on a case by case basis if we accept. •Pets are permitted only with prior written approval and payment of a pet fee per animal. The pet fee is $50 per animal per stay and goes to the cleaning company. •For your safety we have Ring and Samsung security cameras and alarms outside the home and at the entryways. •FAQ's: Q: Is there parking for one vehicle at the property? A: Tons of easy street parking for cars. You can usually find parking less than 20 feet from the front door. Easy Q: Does the property have air conditioning? A: We have a new 5 ton A/C unit. We can chill your family like they were champagne. But near the beach here you rarely need it. Q: How safe the area is in general? We have read mixed reviews about Venice Beach and the surrounding area and if you could give us your views it would be much appreciated. A: That is in the old days Venice was rough. Now it is multimillion dollar homes, expensive shops and restaurants and movie stars and hipster G o o g l e and F a c e b o o k people. Yes, we do have some homeless and crazies but that's anywhere, even Beverly Hills. It's as safe as it gets here and it is THE most desirable and sought after location on earth. Q: Is this location near tourisitic places in L.A.? A: I know how confusing LA can be if you don't live here. Basically LA is spread out in 4 different directions. What you need is a home base that is freeway close to all. You have come to the right place. We are very conveniently located on the west side and close (5 mins) to all Venice and Santa Monica attractions like Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier and Promenade and a ton of amazing places to eat and hang out. You want to be here. To go to Universal, you are looking at about a twenty or thirty min drive depending on when you want to go but no one stays around there. Same with Disney. Hollywood is about the same but again most people prefer to stay beach side if they can afford it and then visit Hollywood and Beverly Hills during the day as they are super close. Me and my family have lived here since ninety-two and have never had any problems. The advantage of this house is that it is a new build, fully secured, monitored and alarmed and in a quiet family neighborhood. YOU WILL LOVE IT! Registration Details HSR23-003480
