La Gagneraie: Les Mimosas

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nestled on the heights of the village, on the grounds of an old silk factory, surrounded by vegetation, it has a terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding mountains and not overlooked by the main building, home of the owners and housing a second gîte. The parking lot and swimming pool are shared as well as the playground (table tennis, badminton and various outdoor games. The space To access the gîte there are a few steps to get directly to the terrace where there is a seating area with deckchairs and a dining area, 2 parasols and a barbecue are available; (water point with jet) A small storage room for equipment and drying rack is located on the same terrace. Through a French window you can access the living room with open kitchen, dining area and living room (TV, Wi-Fi by router); the sofa is convertible (sleeps 2 people in 140) The bathroom has a laundry area with washing machine, toilet in the same room At the back is the bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people. For the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven; an electric grill, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, steamer, all dishes and accessories for 4 people We accept pets Housekeeping and sheets are optional to be seen at the time of booking (€50 and €14 per bed) Other things to note We've been hosting since 2008. Having animals ourselves, we accept those of travelers. The property is not fully fenced but the terrace is. No pets allowed in the pool. We ask that children never be without a parent at the pool. No schedule is imposed, but respect for each other, especially their sleep, is requested. Smoking is not allowed in the rental or at the pool.
