This is the gateway to the famous Abel Tasman National Park with its wonderful walks, recreational fishing and water sports. There are many little galleries and places of cultural and historic fascination located nearby to visit. This quite stylish little holiday unit is well serviced and only 6 minutes from excellent cafes and restaurants. Your comfort and relaxation is assured. You will not be disappointed with your choice - right on the beach ! Wonderful water sports in the summer, petanque court on site, gorgeous golden sandy beach. Beautiful beach and bushwalks, Tata treat has absolute beach frontage, access to canoe hire, 6 mins to excellent supply shop, cafes and restaurants, good fishing, Takaka township only approx. 15 mins away with entertainment, many shops cafes and restaurants, bicycle hire etc . Can visit caves, fish farm, many boutique cottage industries, galleries, amazing rock formations etc. and take gorgeous scenic walks. Special conditions: All clients are requested to treat property and contents with respect and care. No responsibility is taken on the part of the property owners for injury caused by misuse of equipment eg bbq, oven etc. Electric blankets and heaters used at own risk. All water comes off the roof and is stored in tanks. For good health reasons you are advised to use bottled water for all drinking use. Summer rates $235.00 nightly rate, shoulder rates $200.00 nightly rate, winter $180.00 nightly rate. Extras: Cleaning (NZ$90.00 per stay); Linen $40 and water (in summer only) $35.00.
