Spanning a total of 500 sqm within a 1-acre plot, the property is composed of two independent units that can accommodate up to 16 guests (14 adults and 2 children). With 7 spacious bedrooms and 4 well-appointed bathrooms, the villa’s interiors exude sophistication, blending modern design with traditional elements. Each space is bright, expansive, and meticulously designed to provide supreme comfort, while advanced automated technology ensures a seamless living experience. Guests also have the luxury of free cleaning every day. (Sundays excluded). The villa's outdoor areas offer the ultimate setting for relaxation and entertainment. Featuring a saltwater swimming pool, a shaded pergola with a dining area, and a barbecue for al fresco meals, the property’s open-air design makes the most of Crete’s glorious summer weather. Guest access The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests. For the pool to be heated, there is a weekly charge of 600€. Other things to note We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
