The #4 Loblolly Cottage is an eco-friendly cabin overlooking a lake. Small 450 sq ft, cottage has a queen size bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the second bedroom and a full size futon in living room. Kitchenette equipped with modern appliances and breakfast table. Bathroom and shower. Wi-Fi. Private porch. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Hike, canoe, fish and bike onsite on a 129 acres. Close by wineries, 15 min to Shenandoah National Park. This cabin is ideal for families! Located on a third generation eco-friendly family owned property of 129 acres of woodlands, and fields located at the foot of the Virginia mountains only minutes from the Sugar Hollow entrance to the Shenandoah National Park. Gorgeous on site hiking trails, canoes, fishing and mountain bikes for guest use. Surrounded by farms, orchards and wineries, only 30 minutes from Charlottesville, 40 minutes from Jefferson's Monticello and 15 minutes from small town of Crozet. Guest access $45.00 additional fee for first pet, $25 for second pet. Cottage has in cottage internet. Great hiking trails, two canoes, and mountain bikes for guest use. Other things to note This cottage has a comfortable queen size bed in the primary bedroom, bunk beds in the spare bedroom and a full size futon in living room. This cottage has capacity to sleep six guests but please note these are small cottages, only 400 sq. feet. Cabins are close together. All cabins have Wi-Fi. This cabins signal is strong but it is a rural connection and can be effected by bad weather. Please contact office during business hours, 9- 5 pm, to reset Wi-Fi connection if not working. All cottages are pet friendly, there is an additional fee of $45 for first pet, $25 for second pet. Individual cottages do not have land-lines. You have access to the land-line phone in Main Office 24/7. Mobile phone reception varies widely between services and in most cases is limited. There are certain spots you can stand to get cell phone service around the property depending on your service. Cottages have capacity to sleep 6 guests but please note these are small cottages, only 400 sq. feet. You certainly can be comfortable with 6 adults but it is a tight fit! 4 adults and 2 children are a more realistic and comfortable fit. Water is deep well water that is gravity fed to cottages. Water pressure is not as strong as you would expect in an urban setting. The deep well water is tested and approved by the Virginia State Waterworks and is safe to drink and tastes delicious!
